ABOUT US

A Message from our Founder and Owner

It has been an honor and a great pleasure to service the Austin area and its surroundings for over 15 years. We have endured hardship and currently, our industry is going through extraordinary challenges. When Covid hit our planet unexpectedly, we were not prepared for what was going to happen. We were very fortunate to keep our gates open to the public during lockdowns. As an entrepreneur and knowing the challenges, difficulties and incredible amount of work it takes to start, run, operate a small business and compete against large mega corporations, it was heartbreaking to see so many businesses closing their doors forever. Competitors included. This small business provides for 10 families, and we all are very grateful for your trust and for helping us keeping our doors open. During these hard times, we were able to focus on our work and what matters to us most; our quality and your safety. As I mentioned previously, our industry, like many others is experiencing a disruption in the chain of production and has seriously affected the availability of spare parts that we need in most cases to finish our repairs. We have been sending cars away incomplete without trims, moldings and other small parts. In cases where seat belts, lights, or airbag components are not available, we do not release the vehicles for the safety of our clients. This situation is adding a lot of stress to all of us as we understand you need your vehicles to move. The scenario is not catastrophic, but also not promising. We have been scavenging parts on Ebay, and surprisingly, it was worked really well. Through our relations in the industry, mainly in European manufacturing facilities, it is our understanding that the situation may normalize by the end of 2024.

I have said this many times; the success of any small business relies on two fundamental foundations, the clients and the employees. It is with great satisfaction to say that our techs have been with us for many years, some even more than a decade. Last year, we restructured our operations and management by welcoming our Corporate Communications Director London and this year Candy has taken over as Office Manager.

We are preparing for the next big industry changer which is electric vehicles which day by day are taking over our roads. A friendly reminder and advice. Stay behind the wheel at all times. Don’t text and drive.

In the name of our employees and our families, I want to thank you for choosing us. We work for you, and are very proud of it.
