Warranties

This warranty will be voided if the car is sold, transferred, or assigned to any third party; if it was involved in another accident regardless of the size of it; or if the car has been relocated outside of the State of Texas.

The warranty does not include damages incurred after the repairs have been done, like cracks on the clear coat due to another minor collision, etc.

Regardless of where the parts came from, we offer the warranty issued from the manufacturer. Sometimes, your insurance company pays for recycled parts or aftermarket, in which case you will have the warranty issued by the supplier. Sometimes, we have been able to extend the warranty due to failure on headlamps and mirrors, but this has to be analyzed on a case by case basis. Mechanical parts warranty may come from as little as 3 months up to 3 years depending on the brand and the model of the car. In any case, we always try to accommodate our client’s requests when they are reasonable and we fight for your rights as a consumer with the companies that provided your parts.

All repairs that include AirBag replacement parts (control module and sensors, etc.) are calibrated and in many cases reverified by the dealership. All parts are only and exclusively OEM parts.

Your invoice printed and attached to your estimate is your lifetime warranty. We keep one for our records, but we encourage you to keep your copy for any future claims.

According to the new law passed in Texas HB2102, It is a violation of Texas law for a seller of goods or services who reasonably expects to be paid wholly or partly from the proceeds of a property insurance claim to knowingly allow the insured person to fail to pay, or assist the insured person's failure to pay, the applicable insurance deductible."

However, we can and will offer financing of the balance of your deductible. By signing our authorization form when you drop your vehicle for repairs, you agree to pay the balance of the agreed deductible within 6 months after pick up.
