London has years of experience in academia and institutional research. She brings the perfect skillset to excel in the very complex position of managing our very dynamic collision repair facility.
Her past experience as Communications Manager provides Discount Body Shop with the perfect combination of public relations and strategic planning. We are growing(!); and London is implementing more effective communication strategies with all our vendors, insurance companies and most important, our clients.
The new challenges faced by small businesses and particularly the auto industry after the Covid-19 Pandemic require that we plan for the future, and that future is already here. London brings better tools to upgrade our organization as well as our production timelines, planning, parts purchasing, and to streamline the complexities and multi facets of our industry.
London was born in Dotham, Alabama; she graduated with Honors from the University of Texas in Austin. Inspired by her fashion icons Victoria Beckham and Kim Kardashian, London started a fashion organization in campus which is still an active group in the community. She is fluent in American Sign Language, is quickly learning Spanish and in her spare time likes photography and to model.
